What's New?
  • Spring Crop (corn, beans, oats) sign up deadline for the 2012 crop year is March 15th.  If you have a policy, the coverage will remain the same as it was in the 2011 crop year.  If you wish to change coverage, sign up, or cancel, these must be done before the March 15th deadline.  Also, if there have been any entity changes (going from an individual to a partnership, marriage, divorce), these also must be recorded by the March 15th deadline.
  • Trendline Yield Adjustment (TA) is offered in OH and IN to raise your APH yields to better match today's yield performance.  Each county has a different factor and it is dependent upon how many years and which years you have been farming in a section.  Ask you agent today if the TA option would be great for you!
  • Date to destroy cover crop has been set to June 5th.  Any crop following a cover crop is insured as a normal crop as long as the cover crop was destroyed AND did not reach heading/budding stage by June 5th.  Note:  If you are taking cover crop off as a forage, in order to insure second crop, a written agreement must be filed and a yield will be assigned.
  • We are still offering Weather Insurance Products offered through "The Climate Corporation" and Hail Products.  Call, click, or email today to find out  more!
